The intended area of focused support for "Serve Strong: The Corban Scott Goad Memorial Foundation, Inc." is a 14 county region recognized by state and federal government entities as "the Upper Cumberland Tennessee Region".
These counties include:
Cannon, Clay, Cumberland, Dekalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith, Van Buren, Warren & White.
Because we are a new organization, Stage 1 includes initial focus on a tri-county region that includes: Cumberland, Fentress and Putnam Counties.
The intention, hope, and desire is to add support for entities in other counties as support and funds allow in additional stages.
"Surrounding" counties would be added once we have been able to help, provide resources or support in the targeted 14 Upper Cumberland Counties have received support.
