The intended area of focused support for "Serve Strong: The Corban Scott Goad Memorial Foundation, Inc." is a 16 county region recognized by state and federal government entities as "the Upper Cumberland Tennessee Region" and the Cumberland Plateau.
These counties include:
Cannon, Clay, Cumberland, Dekalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Morgan, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Scott, Smith, Van Buren, Warren & White.
Because we are a new organization, Stage 1 includes initial focus on a tri-county region that includes: Cumberland, Fentress and Putnam Counties and other counties as we are able.
The intention, hope, and desire is to add support for entities in many other counties as support and funds allow in additional stages.
"Surrounding" counties would be added once we have been able to help, provide resources or support in the targeted 16 Upper Cumberland Counties have received support.
